An incredible journey set to unfold this coming fall highlights the major battlefield sites of Vietnam, known historically for their notoriety, with equal interest allotted to the many cultural sites found north and south across the country.

Hanoi will be the gateway to visit the historically important battlefield sites of Dien Bien Phu, the Citadel in Hué, Quang Tri, the DMZ, Khe Sanh, the Cu Chi tunnels and a private boat excursion to the backwaters of the Mekong Delta. The opportunities to enjoy appealing varieties of food will be plentiful in all of the cities visited on tour. The French provided a heavy influence on Vietnamese cuisine with dramatic results and travelers are sure to find their meals to be colorful and delicious. Specialties, such as the spring rolls in Hué or the spicy rice noodles in Saigon are two of the wide variety of choices that will satisfy the taste of the most discerning of diners.
