Toward the end of your day, exciting as it has been, you now seek comfort in a quiet and peaceful setting. Knowing this, First Cabin has your room reserved at the finest of accommodations available. Most selections have outstanding reputations and are known around the globe. In a few Third World countries and some remote areas, the choice may be of a lesser standard; however, you will find that the extraordinary sights and exciting events will more than offset the temporary adjustment. First Cabin is alert in reviewing choices for alternate accommodations and when the opportunity arises, and the selection has improved, a change for the better is assured. Each traveler has the choice of a 4-star quality boutique-styled hotel, a 5-star luxurious accommodation or a combination of the two. First Cabin will provide a price quotation based upon whichever style accommodation suits the traveler best, knowing that their choice will result in the best quality available for the price.

All breakfast meals are included on all tours with lunch also included on certain tours. On the Yangtze River cruise, all three meals are included as they are at the safari camps in Africa. Meals are by set menu or table d’hôte. Most often, the daily breakfast meal will be an elaborate buffet with eggs cooked to order.

Sight-seeing And Land Transportation

Transport between airports, hotels, and all touring will be provided for in private air-conditioned vans accompanied by a private driver and private guide. All admission fees to sites within the itinerary are included.

First Cabin will handle the transportation of two standard suitcases per person. The airlines will allow you to bring, free of charge, 44 lbs, excluding personal hand carries taken on the aircraft. At most airports, porters are not allowed within the baggage area, thus it may be required that a traveler assist by pushing their luggage cart to the immigration and customs area. In addition, on some flights to remote areas, where smaller aircraft are required, the weight allowance may be reduced to 20 lbs. First Cabin will advise well beforehand whether any such flights are part of the tour itinerary. Should a traveler have luggage that is in excess of the weight allowance and should that excess cause a penalty to be assessed, the payment of that penalty fee is the responsibility of the traveler.
